These terms apply when you use Mollony, a web app run by the Mollony team in the United Kingdom. By using Mollony you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Mollony lets you listen to music and watch music videos. During early access every feature is free. Features may change, be added or be removed while we build the app. Paid plans shown in the app are not on sale yet; if we start selling them, you will see the price and separate terms before paying, and nobody will be charged without choosing a plan.
Mollony does not host or own the songs and videos from other services. Full songs come from Audius and are credited to their artists. Music videos come from YouTube and play in YouTube’s official player. By using the YouTube features in Mollony, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. Content from these services remains the property of its owners and may become unavailable at any time.
If you add your own files, they stay on your device. Only add files you own or have the right to use. You are responsible for them.
Do not use Mollony to break the law or anyone’s rights, to copy or download content from other services, to interfere with the app or the services it uses, or to collect data from it automatically.
We respect the rights of artists and rights holders. See our Copyright page to report content.
We provide Mollony with reasonable care, but on an “as is” basis during early access, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content provided by other services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of where you live.

A Mollony permite ouvir músicas e assistir a videoclipes.
